One couch, one fridge, one mattress. You only pay for the item, not a whole truck.

What you are paying for

Every junk removal price covers the same four things: a crew to carry your items out, a truck to haul them, the drive, and the disposal fee at the other end. What changes from job to job is how much there is and how heavy it is. That is why we price by the item for small jobs and by truck space for everything else.

Our prices include the loading, the hauling and the disposal. You do not need to drag anything to the curb, and there is no separate fee to “take it away” once it is on the truck. We confirm the price with you before any work starts.

The three ways we price a job

Single items, from $25

One couch, one fridge, one mattress, one treadmill. When you only need one thing gone, you pay for that item instead of a whole truck. Single items start at $25. Bigger or heavier pieces, like a sleeper sofa or a chest freezer, cost more than a small chair, so send a photo and we tell you the exact number. For more about specific items, see furniture removal, appliance removal and mattress removal.

Truck loads, priced by space

For more than a couple of items, the price depends on how much room your junk takes in our 15-foot truck. A few pieces of furniture fill a small part of it. A packed two-car garage or a whole house fills a lot more. Use the truck diagram above to picture where your job sits. This is the fairest way we know to price a load: a half-full truck costs less than a full one, whatever the items are.

Heavy loads

Concrete, brick, roofing, dirt and other construction debris weigh far more than furniture for the same space, and disposal sites charge by weight. Heavy materials and appliances that need special care can cost more for that reason. If your load includes them, mention it when you send photos so the price is right the first time. Contractors and homeowners in the middle of a remodel can read more on our construction debris removal page.

What changes the price

The final number depends on a handful of things you can usually see in a photo:

  • How much there is. The more of the truck it fills, the higher the price.
  • How heavy it is. Concrete, tile and roofing cost more than the same space of boxes.
  • What it is. Some appliances need special handling before disposal.
  • How hard it is to reach. Stairs, a long walk from the door to the driveway, or a backyard with a narrow gate add time and effort. Tell us about them up front.
  • Whether anything needs taking apart. A hot tub, a shed or a swing set needs cutting or dismantling before it can be loaded.

How to get an exact price fast

The fastest way to a price is a few photos by text to (407) 710-8601. A good set of photos shows:

  1. The whole pile or room from a few steps back, so we can judge how much of the truck it fills.
  2. Any single big or heavy item up close.
  3. The path out: stairs, a gate, or a long hallway.

Junk removal prices compared with other options

A low advertised price is not always the cheapest job. Before you book anyone, ask three questions: is loading included, is disposal included, and is the price confirmed before work starts? With us, the answer to all three is yes.

If you are deciding between a crew and a container, our guide to junk removal vs dumpster rental walks through which one usually costs less for which kind of job. Junk Removal Prices questions

How much does it cost to have junk removed in Orlando?
It depends on how much you have and how heavy it is. Single items start at $25. Bigger loads are priced by how much room they take in our 15-foot truck, and heavy materials like concrete can cost more. Text photos and we reply with your price.
What is the minimum price for junk removal?
Our prices start at $25 for a single item. That covers carrying it out, loading it, hauling it away and disposing of it.
What's included in a $99 junk removal service?
That depends on the company, so ask what a low advertised price leaves out. Ours covers the loading, the hauling and the disposal, and we confirm the full price with you before we start.
Why is junk removal so expensive?
The price pays for a crew, a truck, fuel and the disposal fees for everything that gets hauled away. Heavy loads cost more to dump. Pricing by the space your items take means you only pay for the part of the truck you use.
Do you charge by the hour?
We price single items one by one and bigger jobs by how much of the truck they fill, as explained on this page. Either way, we confirm the price with you before we start.
Can someone come look before I book?
Yes. For a big job or an item you are unsure about, ask for a free onsite estimate. For most jobs, a few photos by text are enough for a price.
